Meet our Physicians                                             

Howell R. Goldfarb, MD

Howell R. Goldfarb, MD is fellowship trained in pain management. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and in pain management. Dr. Goldfarb has special interest in interventional therapies such as disc decompression, annuloplasty and spinal cord stimulators. 

He has been practicing pain medicine for over 17 years in Palm Beach County and is currently the Medical Director of Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida.

Bruce I. Hindin, MD

Bruce I. Hindin, MD is board-certified in Anesthesiology with added certification in pain management. His special interest in acute and chronic pain management has included patients with back and neck pain, upper and lower extremity pain and myofascial disorders.

Dr. Hindin trained at the University of Chicago Hospitals and clinics.

Dr. Hindin has practiced in Palm Beach County for over 23 years, having served as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Wellington Regional Medical Center for 20 years as well as Chief-of-Staff.

Keith J. Dietrick, MD

Keith J. Dietrick, MD is board-certified in Anesthesiology with added certification in pain management. Dr. Dietrick is specially trained in the newest techniques of interventional diagnosis and therapy including the latest non-surgical  risk decompression treatments for herniations and discogenic pain.

Dr. Dietrick has over 14 years of experience with the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA before relocating to South Florida in September of 2002.

Humberto L. Porrata, MD 

Humberto L. Porrata, MD is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with added certification in pain management. His musculoskeletal rehabilitative background combined with his training in interventional pain management provides him the diagnostic skills and expertise in providing the latest interventional pain therapies available.

Alejandro A. Porrata, MD

Alejandro A. Porrata, MD is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in pain management. He has special interest in Chronic Pain Management. His multidisciplinary training gives him a wide variety of tools and treatment options for his patients.

He trained at St. Vincent Hospital, New York, NY. He completed his Pain Management fellowship at the University of Louisiana.

Meet our Administrators

Zoila Hernandez, RN

Practice Adminstrator

Zoila Hernandez, RN has been a RN since 1991. In 2003 she joined Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida as its Clinical Director. Zoila's many responsibilities include facilitating the treatment of all spinal cord stimulators and pump implants.  Patients often praise her warm and charismatic personality as a positive factor in the treatment process. Zoila's hands-on experience and relentless pursuit of operational excellence makes her a uniquely capable, enthusiastic, and charming office administrator.

Kinyata Norris

Adminstrative Manager

Kinyata Norris has been a part of the Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida team since 2001. She holds a Business Administration degree, with honors, from American InterContinental University. As the front office manager Kinyata's responsibilities include promoting group harmony, staff development and mentoring, professional ethics, and office efficiency. The culmination of these activities yields uncompromising customer service.
