Howell R. Goldfarb, MD
Howell R. Goldfarb, MD is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Goldfarb completed an accelerated 6-7 year B.S. MD program at Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY. He completed his anesthesia residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and, his fellowship at Suny Downstate in Brooklyn N.Y. He was the first fellowship trained pain management physician in Palm Beach County and has served as Medical Director of Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida since its inception in September 2001.
Dr Goldfarb provides nonsurgical pain relief for patients experiencing persistent low back and neck pain, pre and post-surgical pain, shingles, peripheral neuropathy, discogenic, joint and radicular pain. He has been serving our community for the past 30 years. During that time he has used the most advanced modalities for the treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. He is an advocate of providing patients with a wide array of treatments to ensure that pain treatment is tailored to each patients’ unique pain profile. Dr Goldfarb has been voted Top Doc in Boca Raton, Jupiter, and Palm Beacher magazines as well as Castle Connolly for over 10 years.
Keith J. Dietrick, MD
Keith J. Dietrick, MD is double board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He is a university of Notre Dame graduate and he earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr Dietrick relocated to South Florida After completing a transitional internship and residency in anesthesia and pain medicine at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia. Dr Dietrick has been in practice in South Florida and serving our community since 2002.
Dr Dietrick brings an extensive knowledge base of musculoskeletal anatomy and interventional spinal procedures and fluoroscopic (x-ray) guided injections. He believes in utilizing a comprehensive approach to pain medicine and placing emphasis on minimally invasive interventional techniques to alleviate pain and minimizing dependence on medication. Dr. Dietrick works with local physicians to provide the community the best health care possible. He believes that each patient and pain condition is unique and in order to optimize patient care, therapy and treatment must be tailored appropriately for each patient.
Amanda Van Liessum, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Amanda van Liessum, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Florida with a graduate program focus in Family Nurse Practitioner studies.
Amanda has been a part of the Comprehensive Pain Care family since 2011. She believes in developing strong relationships in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs. Previously, she was employed as a staff nurse in hematology-oncology at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, and as a nurse practitioner in Naples, Florida.
Amanda lives with her husband, Martin, and their two cats. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and cooking. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and The Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County.
Angelline Blackwood, BSN, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Angelline Blackwood, BSN, MSN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who hails from the parish of Clarendon, Jamaica. She obtained her general nursing training in Jamaica, BSN from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Nursing with honors from South University in 2016. Armed with many years of medical, surgical, pediatric, general and cardiothoracic operating room experience, she is always ready for a challenge.
Angelline has been part of the Comprehensive Pain Care family since 2016.Through her role as a family nurse practitioner, she provides collaborative care through advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment from a place of empathy to patients suffering with acute and chronic pain. She pledges to provide the best possible care through continuing education and, staying up to date with new research and advances in science and medical technology.
Angelline is a member of the Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach County. This Organization's mission is to support and promote advancement of (APRNs) and provide health education and awareness to our community. When she is not in the office, she is enjoying outdoor leisure activities with her husband and two children. She also enjoys gardening, traveling and of course, shopping.

Kinyata Norris, CPPM
Practice Administrator Kinyata Norris has been a part of the Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida team since 2001. She holds a business administration degree, with honors, from American InterContinental University. As the Practice Administrator, Kinyata's responsibilities include promoting group harmony, staff development and mentoring, professional ethics, and office efficiency. The culmination of these activities yields uncompromising customer service.
Kinyata is dedicated to enhancing patient experience and streamlining administrative processes to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care in a timely manner. Her leadership is characterized by a strong focus on teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement, all aimed at achieving our practice's mission of providing the best quality of care.
Melissa Santiago
Office Manager Melissa Santiago has been a part of the Comprehensive Pain Care of South Florida team since 2009. As the Office Manager, her responsibilities include fostering group harmony and leveraging her extensive knowledge in medical office operations to help others thrive.
With a background deeply rooted in the healthcare industry, she brings over 20 years of medical office experience working in various specialties such as orthopedics, family practice, and pediatrics. Her passion lies in creating cohesive environments where teamwork flourishes, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care seamlessly.
